Day 70 Health and Fitnesspart two

Day Chart So I m now at days in on this program and I m feeling better than I have for a year. I started this journey at . pounds and now after days I m at . pounds. A little quick math and that tells me I ve gone down . pounds. So I guess I will have to stick with this program for a while longer if I wish to reach my goal weight of pounds. All in all a very good job I think. Now for a huge breakfast to celebrate.
